STARKA is the brand of Starka Innovative Systems Pvt Ltd, a solar and LED lighting manufacturer based in Amravati, Maharashtra, India. With 10 years of integrated expertise, Starka designs and manufactures custom-engineered solar street lights, high masts, flood lights, blinkers and lithium battery packs, and has supplied lighting projects across 26+ states in India. Guided by its promise “Sunset to sunrise – we keep you lit”, Starka serves government departments, contractors, industries, institutions and private customers with certified, reliable lighting solutions.

Starka’s registered office and manufacturing unit are at Starka Innovative Systems Pvt Ltd, A82/2 MIDC Industrial Area, Amravati MIDC, Maharashtra, India – 444607. All lighting assembly and lithium battery pack assembly is done in-house under one roof at this facility. This allows Starka to control quality at every stage and to customise products quickly for each project.

Starka’s product range covers solar lighting, AC lighting and solar security products. Solar products include semi-integrated and all-in-one solar street lights, NHAI solar street lights, MNRE 12W solar street lights, decorative solar lights, solar high mast systems, solar LED blinkers, emergency solar flood lights and solar-powered IP CCTV cameras. AC products include AC LED street lights (glass and lens models), AC LED flood lights, stadium and high-bay lights, and AC LED high mast systems, along with poles, in-house lithium battery packs, spares and AMC services.

Yes, limitless customisation is one of Starka’s key strengths. Starka’s in-house team of experts can design lights exactly to your specifications, including wattage, battery capacity, solar panel size, backup hours, dimming programme, sensors, pole type and finish. Products can be engineered to match government tenders, NHAI specifications, Railway standards, RITES third-party inspection requirements, your target budget and your specific site conditions.

Starka is backed by more than 30 industry standards and certifications, including BIS and ZED Gold, and is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Depending on the product, Starka provides BIS certificates for lights, battery cells and solar panels, MNRE test reports, LM-79 luminaire and LM-80 LED test reports, IP65/IP66 ratings, IK08 impact ratings, ERDA reports and PWD-approved poles. These documents help Starka products qualify for government tenders and large projects without compliance issues.

Starka has supplied lighting products and projects across more than 26 states in India. Material is dispatched from its factory in Amravati, Maharashtra, to customers anywhere in the country through transporters, private vehicles or customer pick-up. Starka’s team also provides installation guidance and service support across these locations, so customers in any state can buy with confidence.

To place an order, share your requirement with Starka’s sales team by phone, WhatsApp or email, and you will receive a detailed quotation. Once you approve the quotation, the order is confirmed with a 30% advance payment, and the remaining 70% is paid before the material is dispatched. After the order is confirmed, material is usually dispatched within 5–7 working days, depending on the order quantity and any customisation. Transport is in the customer’s scope: you can pick up the material from the factory, arrange your own vehicle, or Starka can book the material on a transporter you suggest, and for large quantities a private vehicle can be arranged in consultation with you. Please share your delivery location with the PIN code so that the team can check transport options for your area.

Installation is not included in the product price, and Starka does not carry out installation directly. If you do not have your own installation team, Starka can connect you with third-party installation partners by sharing their contact details, and you can finalise the location, scope and rate directly with them (terms and conditions apply). Starka also provides installation guidance and technical support so that your team can install the products correctly.

The standard warranty on Starka solar street lights is 2 years, and it can be extended up to 5 years on request, depending on the product and project. Solar panels carry a 25-year performance warranty, while products such as AC street lights, emergency solar flood lights and solar CCTV cameras come with a 2-year warranty. Exact warranty terms are mentioned in the quotation and invoice for each order.

If a product under warranty develops a fault, Starka repairs it, and if it cannot be repaired, Starka replaces it free of cost. If you do not have an AMC, the product is sent to Starka’s factory in Amravati, where it is repaired and sent back; the company pays one side of the transport and the customer pays the other side. If AMC service is included in your order, a Starka representative visits your site and carries out the required repair or replacement.

Starka continues to support its products even after the warranty ends, and it does not charge any service fee for out-of-warranty products. You only pay for the components that are actually replaced, such as a battery, driver or controller. You can send the product to the Amravati factory for repair, or opt for an AMC so that Starka’s team can visit your site.

Yes. Starka offers Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), under which its representative visits your site for inspection, repair or replacement, which is ideal for large projects, municipal bodies and industries. Starka also supplies genuine spare parts such as batteries, LED luminaires, drivers, controllers and poles, and provides technical support, product customisation, tender documentation and help connecting with third-party installation partners.
